
International Students may consider applying for the Full-Time programmes taught at Ngee Ann Academy. These programmes will allow you to apply for a Student’s Pass to study in Singapore.
Please apply at https://portal.naa.edu.sg/page/enroll/degree. All supporting documents need to be verified by your high school, a notary public or one of our recruitment agents.

- Proof of English Language Proficiency

- Proof of financial capacity in the form of bank statements/fixed deposit accounts/saving accounts. Advisable to show a minimum of SGD35,000 for students from visa-required countries.
Our Student Recruitment Staff will be in contact with you within 2 working days to conduct the Pre-Counselling and to ensure that your forms are complete.
Your application will only be processed upon receipt of the application fee. International Students will need to pay an application fee of $374.50 (Inclusive of GST).

Note that the application fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.
Your application will be forwarded to the University for their consideration. It is also at this stage that the university may ask you for additional documents or clarification before making a decision on your application.
Upon receiving an offer from the University, applicants will have 2 weeks to decide if they are accepting their offer. You will be sent the Unconditional Letter of Offer, Letter of Acceptance, CPE-Student Contract, and CPE Advisory Note (Form 12). All documents need to be signed and returned to NAA or our authorised overseas representative. Upon receipt of all documentations, NAA will assist applicant with this Student’s Pass application.
If you did not receive a favourable outcome from the University, you can submit an appeal within 2 weeks of receiving the official outcome.
Upon receiving an offer from the University, students will be required to sign and return the PEI-Student Contract, Form 12 and NAA Letter of Acceptance before commencing the Student Pass application.
Ngee Ann Academy will assist all international students with your application for Student’s Pass. Your application for Student’s Pass needs to be submitted 2 months before the programme commencement date. Upon receipt of the In-Principle Approval (IPA), International Students should start to organise their accommodation arrangements.
Ngee Ann Academy will then bill you for the first instalment of the course fee and all other miscellaneous fees payable upon receiving the In-Principle Approval (IPA) from ICA. You may also at the same time organise any Arrival Services that you require.
Upon arrival in Singapore, all international students should bring along all their original transcript to NAA Admission Office for secondary verification. We will also assist you in completing your medical check-ups and complete all formalities to obtain your Student’s Pass.
