Award and Graduation
Students who successfully complete all academic requirements of the programme will be awarded the Master of Science in Energy Management (Renewable Enterprise).
It is usual practice to hold a graduation ceremony in Singapore. Alternatively, graduating students have a choice to attend the ceremony in Newcastle University, United Kingdom, or Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia. The travel cost will be borne by the graduating students.
Entry Requirements
The intake for the programme is scheduled in January and September each year.
The standard Newcastle University academic and English language admissions requirements apply.
The MSc in Energy Management (Renewable Enterprise) is open for students or working professionals who have an undergraduate degree from a recognised university. The undergraduate degree may be from different disciplines including those that are not engineering or science based, for example in business, management, geography or planning.
Applicants must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component, or be able to demonstrate that their first degree was fully taught and assessed in English. Applicants are also welcome to enquire about supplemental English language classes to support their successful academic journey.
