Meet the Trainers
The course is led by experienced trainers Leong Kai Seng and/or Jack Ng.

Jack Ng is an experienced educator and trainer with over 15 years in the education and training industry, specialising in IT, digital learning and cybersecurity. He has worked extensively across Asia-Pacific, delivering training and developing education programmes that blend academic quality with industry relevance. Jack began his career as an IT Executive and Trainer, supporting regional offices in Japan, Hong Kong and Malaysia, primarily in the finance sector. He later deepened his expertise in Multimedia Development and Computer-Based Training (CBT), training project managers in Singapore and the U.S. at a multinational financial institution. Jack went on to collaborate with leading Australian universities to bring their programmes to Singapore. One of his key achievements was the successful development of a diploma course that integrated EC-Council industry certifications into academic learning — creating a direct pathway from education to employment. In recent years, Jack has focused on cybersecurity education. As an Adjunct Lecturer at a local polytechnic and a Trainer for several institutions, he has conducted numerous hands-on courses that equip learners with real-world cybersecurity skills. His sessions consistently receive positive feedback for their clarity, relevance and impact. Leong Kai Seng is a seasonal leader with more than 25 years of IT experience in government and public healthcare sectors and professional services sector. He has experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, driving large ICT projects from conceptualisation till implementation (in areas of cyber security, infrastructure, end-user computing), cyber governance, cyber engineering and cyber operation. He held leadership roles such as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Director for 1st Line-of-Defence (1LOD-Security), and Director (Cyber Strategy and Transformation). He is certified in ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), ec-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), Certified Cloud Security Engineer (CCSE), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Security Analyst (ECSA), and has been conducting cyber training from entry-level cyber professionals (Singapore) to cyber leaders (Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei). |
